The blanket is a woolen fabric with rich plush on both sides, and a thick plush on the surface. It is a woolen fabric for beds with warmth retention properties. It can also be used as decorations such as bedspreads and tapestries. The blankets are divided into three categories: pure blankets, blended blankets, and chemical fiber blankets.
Pure wool blankets use semi-fine wool as raw material. Generally, 2~5 metric carded wool yarn is used as warp and weft, or combed wool yarn, cotton yarn, man-made fiber yarn is used as warp, and carded wool yarn is weft interweaving. The fabric needs to be finished with milling and double-sided raising. The weight of each blanket is about 2 to 3 kilograms. Blended woolen blankets contain 30-50% viscose fiber, sometimes mixed with regenerated wool to reduce costs. The chemical fiber blanket uses acrylic fiber as the main raw material, with bright color and light and soft hand feeling.
